AI-Designed Drug Shows Potential to Reverse Biological Aging Clocks in Early Trial

In an early clinical trial published in Nature Biotechnology, Insilico Medicine's AI-designed drug rentosertib showed preliminary signs of reversing biological aging markers. Six independent epigenetic clocks estimated that treated patients were biologically up to six years younger than the placebo cohort. Although limited to 42 patients and not yet tested in healthy individuals, the trial offers rare human data on an algorithmic molecule altering physiological markers.
