According to an IT Home report, Alibaba’s Qianwen app has introduced Research Thinking, scheduled tasks, an office assistant, voice calls, and an agent marketplace, while adding support for the Qwen3.8-MAX flagship model. The office assistant is described as connecting to notes, calendars, and email, operating computers and browsers, invoking Skills, and producing usable documents, apps, or websites. Qianwen also supports cross-device workflows in which a task starts on a phone and runs on a PC. The report does not include a direct link to Alibaba’s original announcement or independent performance evidence.
