This arXiv paper introduces the Self-Evolving Agentic Operating System (SE-AOS), an agent architecture that treats exploit capabilities as a mutable, versioned kernel. Its implementation, Mako, is reported to have completed all 104 containerized web applications in the public XBOW validation benchmarks, covering 26 vulnerability classes across three difficulty tiers, with cryptographically fresh per-build flags intended to prevent memorized or fabricated results. Mako also proposes, sandboxes, and commits agent and rule improvements when fitness does not regress. Payloads, exploit chains, operational results, and source code are withheld because of dual-use risk.
