JD.com presents Oxygen AI Item Center V1, an industrial-scale platform for producing and serving structured item knowledge with LLMs and VLMs. It targets tens of billions of SKUs, tens of thousands of categories, and hundreds of millions of daily item updates on Huawei Ascend NPUs. The system combines human-AI ontology engineering, Semantic Search then Discrimination (S2D), self-evolving item-understanding models, and a unified item tunnel. The paper reports 94.2% precision and 82.8% recall, alongside claimed gains in search coverage, item-quality issues, and automated attribute filling.
