This paper introduces a persuasion-technique corpus for Bulgarian, Polish, and Russian. It contains approximately 7,500 annotated text spans from 222 documents, covering nationally and internationally contested topics. The annotation scheme includes 25 fine-grained persuasion techniques grouped into six broad rhetorical-strategy categories, with labels at both coarse text-span and fine sentence levels. The authors report corpus statistics, analyze relationships between topics and techniques, and establish detection and classification baselines using classic machine-learning and generative-AI models at both annotation levels.
