The paper presents TS-MAMP, a modular agricultural robot remanufactured from retired low-speed electric-vehicle components. Matched 48 V BLDC hub motors and screened lead-acid battery modules are integrated into a truss chassis with a component-and-chassis BOM below USD 450, excluding perception and weeding modules. The platform supports a 1200–2000 mm continuously adjustable track width, at least 200 kg static load, and module replacement in five minutes or less. Its NMS-free YOLOv10n detector reaches 80.87% mAP@0.5 and 58.41% mAP@0.5:0.95 on the Wanxi Crop-Weed dataset, with FP16 TensorRT deployment on a Jetson Nano.
