This report presents Dr. AGENTONOMICS, a web-based, retrieval-grounded lecture agent developed for TUM’s AI-agents-in-business-administration course. The system is designed both as an object of study and as a teaching medium for the AGENTONOMICS framework. Beyond its current tutoring role, the authors outline a cumulative roadmap toward a multimodal avatar lecturer, a design consultant using the AGENTONOMICS Design & Management Reference Framework (ADMRF), and a meta-agent that helps construct agents specified by students. The paper describes the prototype architecture, development roadmap, and implications for a polycentric AI economy.
