This technical report presents AlayaRenderer-Flash, a real-time-oriented version of AlayaRenderer that converts structured world states from physics engines into RGB frames. It increases reported throughput from 0.56 FPS to 31.54 FPS by reformulating the renderer as a few-step autoregressive streaming model and introducing lightweight distilled codecs for latent encoding and frame reconstruction. The system retains G-buffer and text-prompt interfaces, supports unbounded input streams, and is integrated with a physics engine to produce a playable generative world at approximately 30 FPS. The abstract reports evaluations covering content preservation, temporal consistency, cross-window stability, prompt controllability, and runtime efficiency.
