This paper presents BAT-RM, an end-to-end cervical cancer radiotherapy auto-contouring system that combines Sobel-gated boundary attention, a linear-time multi-directional Mamba module, and boundary-skeleton-guided fusion. The reported pipeline includes multi-institutional data collection, inter-rater quality assurance, external validation, and a web interface compatible with Varian, RayStation, and Monaco. According to the abstract, a prospective multi-center reader study with 13 radiation oncologists increased junior clinicians' IoU from 0.899 to 0.965 and reduced contouring time by more than 80%. Clinical deployment reportedly reduced patient waiting times from days to hours.
