The paper introduces K12-KGraph, a curriculum-aligned knowledge graph extracted from People’s Education Press textbooks in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology across primary, middle, and high school. The graph has nine node types and fourteen relation types, supporting the 23,640-question K12-Bench and the 7,335-sample K12-Train corpus. Gemini-3-Flash reaches 57% exact match and Gemma-4-31B-IT 46%, with prerequisite and neighbor reasoning hardest. Under matched data budgets, domain-specific supervision improves results on several text and multimodal education benchmarks.
