According to ITHome, Cloudflare has released Cloudflare OS as an Apache 2.0-licensed open-source platform for enterprise agents, applications, and workflows. Despite its name, it is not a conventional operating system. The reported architecture combines agent workspaces grounded in organizational context and skills, isolated environments for code execution, a security and governance layer for access to internal services, and a customizable application platform. Cloudflare reportedly already uses the system internally, while conversations can evolve into documents, applications, or persistent workflows.
