Original title:Kimi 就会员使用 K3.1 Pro 出现限流等问题致歉,为所有订阅会员进行重置
IT Home reported on October 26 that Kimi Smart Assistant posted an announcement early this morning, apologizing for recent user experience issues with K3.1 Pro and announcing corresponding compensation. IT Home attaches the official statement below:
To our users: Apology and compensation regarding recent user experience issues
To Kimi Users:
We sincerely apologize for the rate limiting and unnecessary quota consumption experienced by Kimi subscribers using K3.1 Pro recently. The fault lies with us, and we should have fixed it sooner.
Today, we will perform a reset for subscribers across all tiers: all members with active subscriptions will receive 25% of their total monthly quota as compensation, equivalent to one week of usage. If your current usage is less than 25% of the monthly total, it will be reset to 0. The usage progress bar will reflect these adjustments before the end of today.
At the same time, we have adjusted our configurations and are reducing unnecessary sub-agent calls and output lengths, allowing the same quota to accomplish more actual tasks.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
