Quire: Humans and AI Agents Editing Local Markdown Together

Quire is an open-source tool designed to let humans and AI agents concurrently edit local Markdown files. By anchoring agent collaboration directly in plain text on the local filesystem, it avoids proprietary cloud ecosystems in favor of a familiar, versionable workflow. While still in its early stages, the project reflects a growing interest in using standard text files as a minimal, shared interface for human-agent co-creation.
